All contracts for exhibit space must be made on the official form above.  The contract must be submitted even if a Priority Booth Selection form has already been sent.  Note that the receipt of an application can affect its priority status relative to booth location assignment.  Therefore, we urge you to make formal application for space as soon as possible.
