Exhibitor BadgesOnline Instructions Exhibiting companies will receive an e-mail that contains an encrypted URL that can be used to enter exhibitor badge information online. Please note that each company is allotted a specific number of full access and exhibitor-only badges. Companies have the option to purchase additional exhibitor-only badges for $50 each. If you wish to enter badge information online and have not received your encrypted URL, please contact bhodge@asnc.org. Mail and Fax Instructions Exhibitors may also enter badge information using the registration form listed below. Register by August 29, 2008 to avoid an on-site processing fee of $50. ASNC2008 Exhibitor Registration Form (PDF) Important Note: Exhibitors who wish to register for ASNC2008 pre-meeting programs should register as an exhibitor and then go to the ASNC2008 registration form. Be sure to click on the pre-meeting course and then click on None (I want to register for a pre-meeting program only) where it says ASNC2008 registration. For exhibitors who would like to receive CME credit for ASNC2008 do not use the exhibitor registration form. You must register for the meeting using the standard ASNC2008 registration form.
