Hotel Accommodations

This two-day program will provide intense hands-on computed tomography angiography (CTA) experience as faculty members guide attendees through peripheral vascular cases.  With a limit of two attendees per workstation, attendees will have ample opportunity to participate in the analysis of each case.  Cases will vary in difficulty from basic to advanced, preparing you to recognize a range of scenarios across all vascular beds, including aortic stent grafts.  The course will cover a minimum of 50 mentored cases.

This course will move quickly and is designed for attendees with prior CTA experience.  Minimal time will be spent on basic workstation instruction.

This course is designed for cardiologists to develop skills in the interpretation of peripheral vascular CTA.

Objectives

• Develop new skills for evaluating non-vascular findings
• Interpret a variety of peripheral images
• Have a more detailed knowledge of normal and anomalous vascular anatomy

The program is designed specifically for physicians who have experience in coronary CTA and/or the management of patients with peripheral vascular disease and are looking to develop skills in the interpretation of peripheral vascular CTA.  Approximately 50 mentored cases will be provided that can be used toward the ACC/AHA Peripheral Vascular CTA competency criteria.

Prerequisite

Participants should have completed Level 2 training and should be working toward Level 3 training.

Registration Fee

The registration fee for this course is $2,000.  Payment must accompany your registration, and you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to the start of the course will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee. If there is a waitlist and a replacement can be found, a full refund less a $250 processing fee will be provided. No refunds for cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the start of the course.  

In the unlikely event that the program is canceled, the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology will refund the registration fee in full but is not responsible for any hotel, travel, or other costs you may incur.
