ASNC Membership ApplicationASNC invites applicants to submit their forms online or by mail or fax (PDF). Membership CategoriesIndividual memberships are available for all physicians, scientists, technologists, biomedical engineers, computer specialists and other health care personnel involved in Nuclear Cardiology as well as industry representatives who actively work in this field of medicine.
Full Members: Physicians and scientists who have earned an advanced academic degree [MD, DO, PhD, or equivalent], are in good standing in their respective communities, and are actively engaged in Nuclear Cardiology practice or research. Affiliate Members: Physicians in training programs who may become full members upon satisfying all of the qualifications for the latter status. Technologist Members: Technologists who are actively engaged in the performance of Nuclear Cardiology/ Nuclear Medicine Procedures. Associate Members: Persons who, although they are not physicians or holders of advanced degrees, have a general interest in the goals of the ASNC such as nurses, physician assistants, biomedical engineers, computer specialists and industry representatives who are actively involved with Nuclear Cardiology practice or research. All memberships are based on the calendar year of January 1 through December 31. Free 2008 MembershipAstellas Pharma US, Inc. is providing free 2008 ASNC memberships to cardiology and nuclear medicine fellows/residents who have undergone or are currently enrolled in Level 2 or 3 training in Nuclear Cardiology. Those who qualify may join ASNC for 2008 at no cost. If you meet the criteria stated above, and you are interested in getting a free membership for 2008, then click here.
