ASNC2024 Attendees: For your ease, use the ASNC2024 Credit Tally Spreadsheet to determine your final credit tally.

Physicians: To claim CME/MOC for the September 5-7 sessions, complete the evaluation at https://education.asnc.org/URL/ASNC2024CMEMain. This evaluation is available on Saturday, Sept. 7.

This is very important: You can claim credit only once, so identify sessions and claim credit only when you are prepared to claim your final credit from ASNC2024 (Sept. 5-7). To claim CME/MOC for the Technologist Virtual Program on Sept. 14, access https://education.asnc.org/URL/ASNC2024CMETechnology.

Technologists: To claim credits, have your access codes available and complete the evaluation at https://education.asnc.org/URL/ASNC2024TechCE. At the conclusion of each session, the access code will appear in the session-level chat. This unique code is required to claim credit for the session. The evaluation opens on Saturday, Sept. 7.

Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners: Please complete the Physician CME Link to print your Certificate of Attendance/Participation for submission to your accreditor. Certificates of Attendance/Participation can be self-printed by completing the ASNC2024 evaluations in the CME activities.

Maintenance of Certification: Successful completion of this CME activity enables the participant to claim Maintenance of Certification (MOC) points in the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) MOC program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME for the live virtual activity (sessions watched between Sept. 5 and Sept. 14 only).

An ASNC account is necessary to claim credit, but if you do not have one, you can create one. To create a non-member ASNC account, please visit this page where you can create an account (https://member.asnc.org/assoc_subscribe.asp) or view this video.
