This series will provide community-based healthcare providers with education on diagnosing, treating, and providing effective multidisciplinary management of patients with known or suspected cardiac amyloidosis.
Each session will be 2 hours with short didactic and case-based discussion and offers up to 2 CME credits.

Learning Objectives:
- Describe signs and symptoms of ATTR-CM, diagnostic work-up, and the therapeutic landscape of amyloidosis.
- Explain the importance and testing to rule out light chain amyloidosis.
- Recognize polyneuropathy in diagnosing patients.
- Discuss the importance of genetic testing in effective patient management.
- Identify high-risk scenarios for suspected ATTR-CM.
- Define current and evolving treatments for ATTR-CM and when to prescribe.
- Develop strategies for appropriate patient management and multidisciplinary needs within a center of excellence.
